Mystic Harbour Homeowners Association

About the Community

MHHOA is a community located just outside of West Ocean City off Route 611 (Stephen Decatur Highway). We are a community of 306 homes.  The HOA was started in the early to mid 1970's after some issues with funding, the project was acquired Mr. Jack Burbage under his management the what we know as Mystic Harbour was completed in the early 2000's. The HOA took over managing the association activities in Mid 1997.  The HOA is managed by a Volunteer Board of Directors.
