The Architectural Review Committee is responsible with enforcing standards for the community's overall appearance. This has been an area that has been lacking and is now in the process of being revived. 

 

Below is the excerpt from the Declarations regarding the Architectural Control. 

 

If you are doing anything to the exterior of your home or the lawn and landscaping.  For example: If you are replacing your roof, an architectural review form must be completed.
